‘All payments will be effected in Serbian currency – dinar (RSD). The amount your credit card account will be charged for is obtained through the conversion of the price in Euro into Serbian dinar according to the current exchange rate of the Serbian National Bank.
When charging your credit card, the same amount is converted into your local currency according to the exchange rate of credit card associations. As a result of this conversion there is a possibility of a slight difference from the original price stated in our web site’.
Complaints are not common and can be initiated in case of misuse of the card, possibly due to force majeure. Please contact our customer service. We will resolve your complaint in direct communication as soon as possible.
The donor will receive a written confirmation of the donation by e-mail. Donor’s monetary donations will be paid to the account of the Quantox Foundation and then the donations will be paid in full to the account of the Beneficiary of the foundation. The type of payment differs by reference number. Each User has their own reference number, by which we distinguish payments to the account of the Quantox Foundation and further pay the funds to the Users. Donations in goods will be delivered to the Beneficiary of the donation in person or sent via post office.
“When entering payment card data, confidential information is transmitted via a public network in a protected (encrypted) form using the SSL protocol and the PKI system, as currently the most modern cryptographic technology. Data security during purchases is guaranteed by the payment card processor, Banca Intesa ad Beograd, so the entire payment process is carried out on the bank’s website. The payment card information is not available to our system for a single moment”.
