The many smiles we caused brightened up a difficult year at the end and helped us enter 2021 with faith in better days.
700 New Year’s packages went into the hands of children all over Serbia and brought them holiday happiness.
We distributed presents to children from the following institutions, associations and schools:
– 1. – 1st of November in Čačak, a school for people with special needs
Zračak in Čačak, a center for the provision of social protection services
– NURDOR association in Kragujevac and Belgrade, which facilitates and brightens the lives of children suffering from malignant diseases
– A shelter for children and young people in Belgrade that helps children from the streets of Belgrade to grow up
– Dorm Duško Radović in Niš, where orphaned children live
– Children’s shelter “Sigurna dečija kuća” in Novi Sad, which provides refuge for vulnerable children
– Dorm Veternik in Novi Sad, whose residents are children and young people with developmental disabilities
– Special department of Elementary School “Živko Ljujić” in Nova Varoš
– Children who need it the most from Ćuprije in cooperation with the organization Help a friend
– Children of single and socially disadvantaged parents from Čačak and Belgrade
While we were working on this action, our hearts were filled with warmth because we knew how important and beautiful thing we were doing, as well as because we are part of such a great community that selflessly helps others. Thank you for your support!
