Sixteen-year-old Nemanja Božić from Čačak needs a kidney transplant, which, due to the current pandemic situation, cannot be performed in Serbia, where Nemanja was treated until last year.
The operation would be performed at the “Memorial” clinic in Istanbul and costs 17,500 euros, and the donor would be Nemanja’s mother. In addition, money is needed for the trip as well as 21 days of stay and treatment in Istanbul.
It is estimated that around 25,000 euros would be needed for all the total costs of treatment.
